It's a very strange feeling- not being able to go to a grocery store to buy food. Instead I have to place orders over the internet or wait until I have a chance to fly into Bethel. But it's a good thing that these shelves are stocked. There have been many changes over the last couple of days and the time and energy that is required out here to get things done is huge. So many thanks to my parents for their unconditional love and attention to my new living situation and lifestyle. If I didn't see cabinets full of food, I pretty much would take the cake for being the grumpiest teacher around.
