When I wake up and I see this...

and I should be attacking this... I consider other alternatives on how to feel productive, making sure it's not with work related stuff.

While in Morocco, I was pleasantly surprised when Danielle would send some amazing plum jam my way.


Since I am positive the government officials would confiscate it if she ever decided to send me some;) I decided to try and make some myself.

And while that was cooking, I started working on making a cup of apple juice with some added mulling spice. Never a better way to make the home smell Christmassy.

Not that you probably care what my Sundays in the middle of nowhere look like, but for the 3 that do...here it is:)

Oh, and Danielle- I miss your jam:( lol. This doesn't come close.
