I am just going to put it out there and ask for some prayers.
It went down yesterday at 3:41 in my classroom and I went down with it. Can't say much except for the fact that I saw real rage and I witnessed real fear. There is a lot to take into consideration when coming out here to work in the bush, but I wasn't expecting to have to protect my students inside my classroom. It is supposed to be a safe place to learn...and I think it is for the moment b/c all has calmed down now. Just hoping to hold it together for one more week, and then I can process...that is my prayer and hope, to keep it together long enough.
