Never again...

will I forget to make the necessary changes to my Full Circle Order.

It is as if the company manager said to himself,
"No changes in the order? Well then, let's send off that which everyone else seemed to not want and send it to these guys."

Some strange stuff came in that box.

And not only that, but most of the food we received made the box look like a portable jungle. What was up with all of the greens?
So Amy and I decided to use up some of the greens right away and use one of the recipes that Full Circle suggested: Kale Chips.

I had some serious doubts, but Amy believed that something good could come from this not so great tasting vegetable.

And she was right. They really were like thin potato chips! And it probably also helped that we covered them in powdered Ranch Dressing- (shout-out to Lindsay! ).

Oh, and on a different but still green note, it was Ben's birthday on Saturday and in honor of him and his love for camouflage, I made a cake.
What cracks me up is when my students looked at the cake before we lit it on fire in a school hallway, they asked me, "Why is this? Why did you pick these colors?"

I responded with, "Well, what do you wear when you go hunting? Camo, right?"

My students: Oh, is that what that is? It looked like a snake.

Me: Snakes are camouflaged, too.

My students: No more learning, let's go.

Me: Fine, let's go.
